It is understood that every girl on this show wears extensions, and that's fine. But pretty sure you don't have to shave your head to have extensions put in. Does Snooki wear wigs all the time? Is she going bald? Does she shave her head? The hair in front looks real, but this is absolutely a shaved head/balding scenario. Scary Stuff.
