Not sure if everyone has heard of this documentary or if you have seen it yet, looks pretty good. Bill Cunningham is probably the original He if there ever was one. He saw Billy riding his bike the other day in the city, and thought He deserved a little shout out. For all you know Bill is He, then again probably not.
